Foreverlin is a digital invitation and guest management platform designed to help users create, personalize, send, and manage digital invitations for weddings and other celebrations.

The platform may include invitation customization, RSVP collection, guest management, event information, and other features depending on the selected package.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase or use Foreverlin services.

By creating an account or purchasing a package, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the platform.

When creating or using a Foreverlin account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Notify Foreverlin if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

Foreverlin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Foreverlin currently offers three service packages:

Starter - €170

Premium - €280

Forever - €430

Package features, availability, and pricing may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will not alter services already purchased unless otherwise agreed with the client.

All applicable prices are displayed before purchase or confirmation of a service.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

A service or account may require payment confirmation before the relevant Foreverlin features become available.

Any additional services or optional features requested outside the selected package may be subject to additional charges communicated before confirmation.

Foreverlin provides tools for creating and managing digital invitations.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, including:

• Names
• Event date and time
• Venue and location
• Guest information
• Event schedule
• Photos and other media
• Any other content included in your invitation

Foreverlin is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the user.

If you provide guest information through Foreverlin, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that information for purposes related to your event.

You are responsible for ensuring that guest information is accurate and used lawfully.

Guest information processed through Foreverlin will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use Foreverlin to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights belonging to another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user's account.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes.

Foreverlin reserves the right to remove content or restrict access where misuse of the platform is identified.

The Foreverlin brand, website, platform, logo, graphics, interface, templates, design elements, and other original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the personal content they provide, such as photographs, event information, and other uploaded materials.

By uploading content, you grant Foreverlin permission to store, display, and process that content only as necessary to provide the requested service.

Foreverlin designs and platform materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or commercially distributed without prior written permission.

Foreverlin may rely on or provide access to third-party services, such as communication, map, calendar, hosting, payment, or other technology providers.

Foreverlin is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Where you access a third-party website or service through Foreverlin, that provider's own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Foreverlin makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable and secure service.

However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside Foreverlin's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foreverlin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Foreverlin is not responsible for the organization, execution, management, or outcome of the physical event itself.

Your use of Foreverlin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Foreverlin may suspend or terminate access to the platform where a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, or engages in unlawful or harmful activity.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements.

Foreverlin may improve, update, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform over time.

Where significant changes affect an existing purchased service, reasonable efforts will be made to inform affected users.

Foreverlin may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on the Foreverlin website together with the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Any dispute relating to the use of Foreverlin shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
